Outdoor Rinks
Rental
You can rent skates and protective equipment at the Grand Falls Public Library with your library card.

The Grand Tube
Come and enjoy our sliding center located behind the E.&P. Sénéchal Center. Our mechanical lift will make it easier for you to get up the slope so you can get back down faster! Helmets are mandatory for tubing, and we suggest that young children be accompanied by a paying adult.

Cross-country skiing
The Kahoutek Ski Club maintains a network of over 20 km of trails, much to the delight of all winter sports enthusiasts, whether they are members or visitors. The trails are designed to accommodate both classic and freestyle skiing styles. Prefer snowshoeing? Several kilometers of trails for snowshoers are waiting for you at the same starting point, behind the E. & P. Sénéchal Center (60 Ouellette Street, Grand Falls).

Rental
You can borrow snowshoes from the Grand Falls Public Library! With your library card, borrow a snowshoe kit complete with bag, snowshoes, two poles and a pass for the Kahoutek snowshoe trails!
Snowmobile
Travel hundreds of kilometers of extraordinary trails. From the Maine border to the shores of the St. John River, cruise through lush, scenic forests and along our magnificent riverbank. All main trails are connected to secondary trails that will lead you to panoramic views.
