(Notice under Section 15 (3) of the Local Governance Act)
A public notice is hereby given that the Grand Falls Municipal Council intends to
adopt a by-law respecting economic development in Grand Falls.
The purpose of the by-law is to authorize the Council concerning measures to encourage
economic development.
Interested persons may review the proposed amendment at the Clerk’s office at the Grand
Falls Town Hall, 131 Pleasant Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday or
on the www.grandfalls.com website.
Council will meet at the Town hall at 7:00 p.m. on April 19th, 2023 and may
proceed with the first reading at that time.
