(Notice under Section 15 (3) of the Local Governance Act)
A public notice is hereby given that the Grand Falls Municipal Council intends to adopt a by-law repealing and amending certain municipal by-laws.
The purpose of the by-law is to set a uniform rate for water and sewer services for the wards served by the Grand Falls Regional Municipality.
Interested persons may review the proposed amendment at the Clerk’s office at the Grand Falls Municipal Building, 131 Pleasant Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The council will meet at the Municipal Building at 7:00 p.m. on December 18, 2024, and may proceed with the first reading at that time.
