A public notice is hereby given that the Grand Falls Municipal Council intends to
adopt a by-law concerning the closure of a portion of Long Street.
The purpose of this by-law is to restrict motor vehicle access to that portion of the
street, as shown on the sketch prepared by Arpentage Gaétan Soucy Inc., in Appendix A
to the by-law.
Interested persons may review the proposed amendment at the Clerk’s office at the Grand
Falls Town Hall, 131 Pleasant Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Council will meet at the Town hall at 7:00 p.m. on November 20th, 2024, and may
proceed with the first reading at that time.
