Sealed tenders will be received by the rand Falls Regional Municipality until 2:00:00 p.m. local time, Thursday February 13th, 2025, in the Bid Deposit Box located at the Municipal Building at 131 Pleasant Street, Suite 200, Grand Falls, NB, E3Z 1J3 for the Project No. 5271-2, Infrastructure and Site Grading for New Water Reservoir, Grand Falls Regional Municipality, NB.
Public opening of tenders will follow immediately after tender closing at the municipal building.
In general, the work consists in the clearing, grubbing and grading of existing ground to build a new access road and site for a new above ground potable water reservoir. Supplying and installing a new water distribution line, reservoir drainage line, PRV chamber along with associated roadway restoration and concrete curbs and gutters and sidewalk.
Tender documents must be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) HST included, per tender set in the form of a CERTIFIED CHEQUE or CASH payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, the Grand Falls Regional Municipality and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton, Fredericton and Saint-John.
Only Bidders who have obtained the Tender Documents directly from Boissonnault McGraw shall be eligible to submit a tender for this project.
Tenders must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Surety (Bid) Bond in the amount of ten per cent (10%) of the tendered price. Surety (Bid Bond) shall be made payable to the Grand Falls Regional Municipality.
General contractors are invited to attend a pre-tender meeting that will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday February 6th, 2025, at the municipal building of the Grand Falls Regional Municipality located at 131 Pleasant Street, Suite 200, Grand Falls, NB. This meeting is not mandatory.
The lowest/highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Execution of a contract shall be conditional to available funding.
