GRAND FALLS, March 6th, 2023 - Today, at approximately 0815 hrs, the Grand Falls Police Force received a complaint of a suspicious person on CN Rd in Grand Falls.
Members of the Grand Falls Police Force were able to locate the suspicious male on Saint-André Rd. The suspicious person was identified by members as a 19-year-old male. After further verifications, the male had 7 active warrants and was subsequently arrested.
After placing the male in custody, it was determined through a thorough search the male had a significant amount of crystal meth in his possession as well as firearms ammunitions.
An investigation was initiated, and charges are pending in regards of the ammunitions and the crystal meth.
