Roads Accessible to
Off-Roads Vehicles
The Grand Falls Regional Municipality is authorises the members of the New Brunswick ATV Federation (FVTTNB / NBATVF), to use a portion of municipal streets as spedfied below. The authotisation to use a portion of said roads applies only to die members of the New Brunswick ATV Federation.

Users shall abide by the Off-Road Vehicte Act and its regulations as well as any other applicable law, regulation, municipal by-law or other.
Respect the rules:

Wear a helmet that meets the standards prescribed by the regulations of the Motor Vehicle Act.

Must be equipped with all necessary equipment as described in the Off-Road Vehicule Act.

Shall travel in the same direction as the traffic, and shall move in single file on the extreme right of the street.

Shall emit the appropriate signals, as required by the Motor Vehicle Act, and respect all traffic control devices.

All other vehicles on the road must have the right of way.

The asphalt section of the bike path from the lagoon to downtown is strictly forbidden to off-road vehicles, as are all other roads in the municipality.
