Roads Accessible to
Off-Roads Vehicles
The Grand Falls Regional Municipality authorizes the members of the New Brunswick ATV Federation (FVTTNB / NBATVF), tto use a portion of municipal streets as specified below. The authorization to use a portion of these roads applies only to members of the New Brunswick ATV Federation.

Users must abide by the Off-Road Vehicte Act and its regulations as well as any other applicable law, regulations, municipal by-laws or others.
Respect the rules:

Wear a helmet that meets the standards prescribed by the regulations of the Motor Vehicle Act.

Must be equipped with all necessary equipment as described in the Off-Road Vehicle Act.

Shall travel in the same direction as traffic, and shall move in single file on the extreme right of the street.

Shall emit the appropriate signals, as required by the Motor Vehicle Act, and comply with all traffic control devices.

All other vehicles on the road have the right of way.

The asphalt section of the bike path from the lagoon to downtown is strictly off-limits to off-road vehicles, as are all other roads in the municipality.
